How do you chose what to play?

Deciding what to play at your event is a collaborative process tailored to your preferences. You can be as specific as providing a playlist, offering a selection of favorites, suggesting a theme or genre, or simply entrusting us with the creative freedom. Each approach is valid, and a combination of these methods often yields the best results. Let's discuss what works best for you!

Are you MC's? Can you make announcements?

While we're not MCs ourselves, we've got the inside scoop on some of the best in the business. Need someone to keep the crowd hyped and the schedule on track? We've got your back. We'll gladly point you in the right direction and connect you with experienced MCs who will bring that extra spark to your event.

Can you play song digitally?

We love spinning most of the music on vinyl, but we can also mix in digital tracks if needed. We have a solid collection in most genres. As part of the planning process, we’ll get you to share a Spotify inspiration playlist nice and early. That way we can get a feel for what you love, start building a vinyl set around it, and top up our collection if there are any gaps.

How do we book?

To secure your date with The Crate Collection, a booking fee of 30% is required. This fee guarantees your wedding date and is deducted from the final balance. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable, as it ensures our commitment to making your special day unforgettable.

The remaining balance is due no later than 21 days prior to your wedding day, allowing you to focus on the excitement of your upcoming celebration without any last-minute stress.
